Pollen Hosts First Masterclass: Boosting Interview Confidence

This month, we launched our first masterclass, Master the Art of Acing Interviews, led by Ronak Rawal.

Before the session, attendees were surveyed about their confidence levels in understanding what makes an interview effective. Half admitted they were "not confident" at all, while the others described their confidence as only "slight." However, after just 45 minutes with Ronak, an impressive 86% of participants said they felt "very confident" in their interview skills.

These remarkable results highlight the value of initiatives like this in empowering our community and boosting confidence.
