Over the past year, we have placed people across finance, hospitality, charity, data, automotive, aviation and many other industries. 

Each placement represents an opportunity for a member of our community to start a career they may not have considered and for employers to meet talented individuals they might not have discovered through traditional recruitment methods.

Many of the people we have placed are women in industries where they are traditionally underrepresented, and a significant number come from ethnic minority backgrounds or have unconventional educational paths. This is achieved without any positive discrimination, simply by giving everyone a fair shot.

What makes this milestone even more meaningful for us is seeing the ongoing journey of our community members. The hiring process shouldn’t end when someone starts a job. We enjoy seeing how they develop and the impact they make in their roles.
