Turns out Lego is a serious business tool 🧱
The Pollen team were invited along to a team day with one of our employer partners, MyBigCareer, and had such a lovely day.
The day kicked off with a Lego Serious Play session, a hands-on workshop built around creative thinking, problem-solving and communication, all focused on supporting young people and sharing best practice in recruitment.
And then we rounded the day off making our own candles from scratch. It’s always lovely spending time with the MyBigCareer team – we can’t wait for the next one.
