Pollen Team Heads North!

This week, the Pollen team took a trip up to Manchester to visit the Zally HQ!

Whilst there, we participated in a panel discussion focused on all things Gen Z. 

The other panellists, two of whom are currently on apprenticeship schemes, were incredibly inspiring. 

The next portion of the day was a debate-style discussion, which facilitated dynamic and engaging conversations on topics such as workplace culture, the connection between mental health and productivity, and the recruitment and retention of young talent.
