What started as a regular team lunch turned into an unforgettable surprise for Sophie, our CEO, when she was named Best Boss in Britain by Ben Askins in collaboration with Fiverr.

The award, which recognizes outstanding leadership, was kept secret by the team, who nominated Sophie and shared heartfelt messages about her positive impact.

Reflecting on the award, Sophie shared her thoughts: "To say I was shocked would be an understatement. Hearing the kind words from my team made me incredibly proud of what we’ve built together at Pollen.
