Our Impact Report showcases the strides we have been making so far
The Pollen Team are so pleased to announce that Pollen has completed our first Impact Report, which showcases the impact we’ve made in the job-seeking world so far.
Our report not only highlights the disparities and inequalities within the job market, but also demonstrates how Pollen is actively working to diversify it. It also showcases the other strides we are taking to support jobseekers, ensuring they have better access to opportunities.
We’d like to extend a huge thank you to the community members who completed our Impact Report survey. Your contributions were integral to the report and have helped us quantify the progress we’ve made!
There’s still more work to do, but this report marks an important step in tracking our journey and the difference Pollen is making. Thank you to everyone who has been part of it!
