We have a new Platform!

13 May 2026

Three years in the making, we have a platform: meet Polly 👋

Pollen started with a single idea: what if hiring didn't have to be awful?

Not just tolerable. Actually good. For the person applying, for the person hiring, and for everyone who has ever sent a CV into the void or spent a Sunday sifting through a hundred of them.

We imagined a world where job seekers were given a real chance to prove themselves, not just put through a tick-box exercise. Where job titles actually made sense, where ghosting wasn't the norm, and where every applicant got genuine feedback and a human on the other end of the process.

And on the other side, we imagined employers who could trust that the wrong candidates had been discouraged from applying, while the right ones arrived genuinely excited. Screened for motivation and values, not just keywords.

A process that made hiring feel like something worth doing, not something to dread.

Wild? Maybe. But here it is. Meet Polly 👋

Polly is grounded in the exact methodology we have used, tested, and refined through our own placements. It removes the guesswork from hiring, surfaces the kind of potential that a CV alone would never show, and keeps the candidate experience at the heart of the entire process.

Hiring can work brilliantly for both sides, and we now have the platform with 1,000 community members already using it to prove it.

Because let's face it, talent has always been out there. The problem has never been a shortage of brilliant people – it has always been the systems that screen them out. The result is employers miss out on exceptional people, and those furthest from employment never get a fair shot. What we have built is a system that intentionally includes everyone – even those who hadn’t heard of this job title or didn’t know they’d thrive in that job.

Building something you truly believe in doesn't happen alone – so thank you to the Pollen team and everyone at Pluralit who helped make this real.
