We're delighted to welcome David into the Pollen investor community. He kindly took the time out to come and meet some of our community.
At Pollen we make it easy for growing companies to hire the right person. We are not a recruitment agency. A community of 10,000 young people ready to make an impact. We believe the hiring system is broken. Not because there is a lack of talent, but because there is a lack of imagination in how companies find it. Brilliant people are left behind not for lack of skills or drive, but for lack of access.
Our CV less process matches candidates based on potential, behaviours and values rather than privilege. For employers this means fast access to motivated capable candidates who are ready to grow with the business. For candidates it means a human supportive experience that builds confidence and unlocks career potential even if they are not hired.
