Recently, David sat down with a small number of our community to talk all things job search in the creative industry, sharing his insights and advice firsthand.
At Pollen we make it easy for growing companies to hire the right person. We are not a recruitment agency. A community of 10,000 young people ready to make an impact. We believe the hiring system is broken. Not because there is a lack of talent, but because there is a lack of imagination in how companies find it. Our CV less process matches candidates based on potential, behaviours and values rather than privilege. For employers this means fast access to motivated capable candidates who are ready to grow with the business. For candidates it means a human supportive experience that builds confidence and unlocks career potential even if they are not hired.
